HOW REPORT GUARDIAN WORKS

You will have to purchase a report guardian for each report you wish to submit, as this is the only way to keep each report separate and secure.

We will create an account for you and then email you a link to provide us with all the information we require to create the documentation required to let us act on your behalf

At this stage you'll get an email with a link to an online form to complete, this data will be retained for no more than 60 days from the date of submission

Now you'll upload your report in Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice OR PDF format and then we will process it automatically to ensure that it can be submitted securely

With everything setup we can now initiate contact with the primary contact for your report.

This involves introducing ourselves and how our process works and what they will need to do to access the great report you've created for them.

They will only have 30 days to access the data contained in your report and we will keep a log of each access made of your submitted report.

The day after each access is made of your report we will send an email to the primary contact person and request that they provide an outcome to give you on the suitability of the education being received

We would always hope that it is a positive outcome for you and your child. Where it has been stated that the education is unsuitable, we will in cases where there is no specific mention of why this decision was arrived at, send them an email asking for clarification so that you can decide whether you want to send further evidence or disagree with their assessment.
